Return Policy

You may return most items that have been unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for store credit.  

As a small business, we are unable to offer returns for cash back or cover shipping cost of returns unless a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you received an incorrect or defective item or experience any other problems with your order, please contact us.

Please remember that our products are handmade and 100% natural, so they may have slight variations from batch to batch. 

When returning an item please make sure it is sufficiently packaged so it will arrive undamaged. Please provide order number and details about the product you’d like to return.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned. 

To ensure customer safety, body scrubs and bath salts cannot be returned.

If there is an issue with your wholesale order, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
